Professional Infos:

Hello and welcome to my personal website!

My name is Giammarco Agazzotti and I am a Gameplay Developer from Modena, Italy.

The main titles I worked on are

- RiMS Racing // Raceward Studio (now called Nacon Studio Milan) - Available on Steam, PS4 / PS5 / Xbox One / Xbox X|S / Nintendo Switch

- Exit Limbo: Opening // Virtual Craft Studio - Available on Steam

- Pixel Traveler - Nurikabe // TwistedMirror Games - Available on Google Play Store and App Store

My aim is to constantly improve my coding skills to deliver the most reliable code possible and I love working in a team.

Here’s a list of my main skills:

  1. C++: I really enjoy using and learning C++. I used it for almost 2 years to work on RiMS Racing (which is made with the KT Engine). I constantly practice with it and used it for several personal projects, I also developed a full 2D game from scratch (using only the SDL library) in 2017.

  2. Unity3D/C#: I have used C# for years. The biggest projects to date are Exit Limbo: Opening and Pixel Traveler

  3. Unreal Engine 4: I recently started a personal project on UE4 to learn how to use the engine.

  4. Visual Studio: I used Visual Studio for the whole development process of RiMS Racing, alongside with Visual Assist, the famous VS plugin.

  5. Perforce: I used Perforce for 2 years while working on RiMS Racing on a large team (30+ active developers)

  6. JetBrains IDEs: I am very familiar with the JetBrains products, which I constantly use for Unity projects and recently for Unreal Engine projects.

I am very familiar with object-oriented programming, and I know how to properly use its features to build a modular, efficient and reusable code architecture.

My native language is Italian but I fluently use English (speak, read, write) all day.

I also know the basics of German and French.

Personal Interests:

I have always been interested in computers and programming, and videogaming became naturally one of my main interests. I constantly play a lot online FPS's (actually I play Rainbow Six: Siege a lot) but also a lot of indie games (Braid, Super Meat Boy, Fez, DEADBOLT, SUPERHOT being my top favs).

Two of my favourite games of all times are Deus Ex: Human Revolution and Skyrim.

Since the release of Super Smash Bros: Ultimate I'm also in love with fighting games and brawlers.

Of course the list of all my favorite videogames is endless, but I am gonna put some here for you: Bloodborne, Dark Souls, The Witcher, Skyrim, Oblivion, Rocket League, Terraria, Minecraft, Thief, To the Moon, TOXIKK, Super Hexagon, Egg Inc., Arma III, Amnesia (The Dark Descent, A Machine for Pigs), Penumbra (1, 2, 3), Soma, Dino Crisis, Parasite Eve, Crash Bandicoot (every episode), Medievil, and much more...

I love music too, and I play drums since the age of 13. I got a diploma in Drumming at the Accademia di Musica di Modena and I love almost every kind of music, but my favourite genres are Metal (Death/Progressive being the top for me) and 80's Retrowave (and similar, like Dance with the Dead).

Me and some close friends of mine are really passionate about eating good food (mostly grilled by ourselves, of course) and drinking good quality beer.

And I also love good coffee. A lot.
